James Morrison Tops The UK Chart and Eyes American Release
. North American fans will have to wait until next Tuesday to their hands on it as Universal Republic will release it on this side of the pond on October 11th. The Awakening snagged the UK top slot by selling 62,000 copies last week (nearly 30,000 more then the previous week's No. 1 album � Kasabian's Velociraptor) and marks Morrison's second No. 1 UK album. "I Won't Let You Go" is the first single from the new album and officially dropped on iTunes on September 27, 2011 and the album also features a duet with label mate Jessie J entitled "Up."
