Grey's Anatomy Star Launching Music Career

. Grey's Anatomy star Sara Ramirez is launching her singer/ songwriter career this Sunday, March 27th, with the debut of her first EP available for purchase and download on iTunes

It will include three original songs titled Eye to Eye (co-written with Michael Pemberton) as well as Waitin and Break My Heart (co-written with Rob Giles).

Also on the EP is Sara's rendition of The Story by Phil Hanseroth which is one of the songs she will sing in next week's Grey's Anatomy Musical episode set to air on ABC March 31, 2011.

Sara Ramirez is on the verge of life-changing moments on television in the current season of Grey's Anatomy as 'Dr. Callie Torres'. Next week's episode will be 'Callie-Centric' according to executive producer Shonda Rhimes and showcase Sara's extraordinary singing talent.
