Slipknot's Corey Taylor To Discuss His Sins
. The three part interview is set to premiere on Corey Taylor's official website, www.thecoreytaylor.com, on July 5th. Here are the details Roadrunner sent over: "I've been threatening to write a book for a long time, but since every Tom, Dick and Harry writes an autobiography, I didn't want to just do that. My approach to writing is the same as my approach to music: I don't want to do what everybody else is doing," says Slipknot and Stone Sour front man Corey Taylor about his upcoming book, Seven Deadly Sins. That Metal Show's Jim Florentine recently conducted an in-depth interview with Corey about the book, his life, and his music, and the conversation will premiere on Corey's website http://www.thecoreytaylor.com, starting on July 5. Much like the book itself, it's a riveting and personal discussion, and we're airing it in three parts so fans don't miss a word of it. The three parts of the interview will premiere on three Tuesdays in July (July 5, 12, and 19) on http://www.thecoreytaylor.com, each at 5pm eastern time.
