If you see anyone wearing or trying to sell a vest similar to this (see pic at the full story link), it was STOLEN in Porto Alegre, Brazil... right off of the stage, after soundcheck in the afternoon, by someone with access to the stage. There are only 5 of these vests with embroidered patches on the back, and each is unique.
