Coheed and Cambria Member Arrested For Attempted Armed Robbery

. (The 1st Five) Just announced by Coheed and Cambria on their official Tumblr account, bassist Michael Todd has been arrested and will not be continuing the tour with the band. Wes Styles of the band's crew will be taking over bass duties for the rest of the dates.

The band said in part on Sunday: "Wes Styles, long time member of the Coheed family will take on bass duties starting tomorrow for the remaining dates. No shows will be canceled."

According to TMZ Todd was arrested for attempted armed robbery of a Walgreens pharmacy with a fake bomb. He was charged with armed robbery and unlawful possession of prescription narcotics. Read the band's full statement here
