Robert Planet Extends North American Tour

. (Gibson) Rock legend Robert Planet, fresh from glowing reviews for his latest album Band of Joy, is extending his North American tour through April.

His touring band will continue to feature Patty Griffin, Darrell Scott, Byron House, Marco Giovino and album co-producer Buddy Miller.

Plant was recently nominated for Best British Male Solo Artist in the 2011 BRIT Awards, his first-ever nomination. The BRIT Awards will be held at The O2 in London on Tuesday, February 15. He's also up for a couple of Grammys, which will be awarded on February 13 in Los Angeles. more on this story
