Officials were called to the property of Steven Banch and found a dead cow which hadn't been buried, an unlicensed dog at large and animals which should have been fenced in running wild.

He was found guilty on 15 misdemeanors and sentenced to 15 months' probation, a $1500 fine and community service. - more on this story
