. Justin Bieber and Britney Spears songwriter Luke James has inked a record deal to release his debut album and pre album as a solo artist.

Both projects, entitled Made To Love, will mark the New Orleans native's debut on Mercury Records / Island Def Jam via New Age Rock Star Records

But just who is Luke James? Hardly new to the music industry, Luke James has penned songs for Justin Bieber ("That Should Be Me") and Britney Spears ("Kill The Lights"), among others.

And his growing fan base includes none other than Beyonc�, who selected him for a featured role in her "Run the World" video. Yet it is Luke James' real-deal approach to music and�more important�the craft of singing that will be the main attractions on Made To Love.

Packed with interesting breaks and tempo shifts, the sparse yet bright lead single, "I Want You," beautifully illustrates Luke James' mastery of the R&B genre as it pulsates with an infectious, hip-hop-influenced beat.
