(hennemusic) Slash continues the forward progress on his solo career as he's just come off the road from a bunch of European dates and is headed straight into the studio.

"Started 2nd round of pre-production" on his second solo album, tweeted Slash this week. "It's going to be a rockin' fn' record."

Slash began the process of getting songs down on tape with an initial round of pre-production in June with drummer Brent Fitz and bassist Todd Kerns, both members of Slash's current touring lineup. more on this story
