Guns N' Roses' Chinese Democracy Back On The Charts

That's how the folks at Best Buy are feeling these days, as they've started to unload some of the more than 1 million copies of Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" which have been collecting dust in their systems due to lack of public interest.

The retailer placed "Democracy" in its bargain bin recently, making the cd available for just $1.99, and the move is starting to pay off.

"Democracy" sold around 3,200 copies in the US in the week ending Sunday, April 3 � nearly three times the amount (1,200) sold the previous week. As a result, "Democracy" has sold enough to re-enter the Billboard 200 chart at position No. 198. more on this story
