New Bret Michaels Reality Show

(Gibson) Bret Michaels is extending his stay on the small screen with a new VH1 reality show � Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It, which casts Michaels alongside Kristi Gibson, his longtime on-and-off girlfriend and the mother of his two children. The show also stars the couple's daughters, 10-year-old Raine and 5-year-old Jorja, who refer to their rock star dad as "Papa Rocka."

The show premieres Monday, October 18 at 10 p.m. ET and will document the 47-year-old's efforts to juggle family life and the demands of a rock and roll lifestyle.

Now nearly as famous for his multiple forays into reality TV as he is for his work as frontman of iconic pop metal group Poison, Michaels formerly starred as the object of affection of 25 women in VH1's Rock of Love with Bret Michaels (and its sequels), as the winning contestant in Celebrity Apprentice 3 and as a judge in Nashville Star. Rock of Love pulled in VH1's highest ratings for any series yet, and the network's hopes are high for Michaels' newest project.
