Train's latest album, "Save Me San Francisco," has gone Gold having sold more than 500,000 copies since its release and fueled by two hit singles including the quadruple Platinum "Hey, Soul Sister".

Released in August 2009, "Hey, Soul Sister," became Train's fourth Top 40 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and second-ever Top 10 single, peaking at #3 on the Hot 100 six months after its release.

The highest peaking, and most successful single in Train history, "Hey, Soul Sister" wound up out-charting 2001's Grammy-winning "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)" (#4) and 2003's "Calling All Angels" (#17) on the Hot 100.

It's the group's best-charting single in the United States, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and New Zealand. A bonafide international phenomenon, "Hey, Soul Sister" has gone to #1 in Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, Thailand and the UK.

Certified quadruple Platinum by the RIAA as of July 14, 2010, "Hey, Soul Sister" is the #1 Most Downloaded Song in Columbia Records history and with more than 4.5 million legal downloads, is 14th among the Top 20 Songs in Digital History as measured by Nielsen/SoundScan.

Both "Hey, Soul Sister" and "If It's Love" have reached #1 on the Billboard Adult Pop Song chart, a survey which premiered in March 1996. Train is the first act to have two #1 songs on the chart since 2007. "If It's Love" is the 100th record to reach #1 on the Adult Pop Song chart since its inception.

Train is slated to appear on A&E's "Private Sessions" on September 26 and "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on September 28.

Train is currently on the road on their headline "Save Me San Francisco Tour," which winds up later this month with shows at the Los Angeles and San Francisco Greek Theaters before the band heads to Europe.
