Samantha Marq Party Mix
. The remix will also feature a new verse from The Cataracs' label mate and super fem-cee, Dev. The single will be released to radio over the next few weeks and on iTunes, September 28th, 2010, with the remix hitting airwaves shortly after. Marq says, "I'm excited to have The Cataracs and Dev on the remix because they will take the song to a different direction, due to their unique style." Dev, who is also featured on Far East Movement's radio smash, "Like a G6," says she's very excited to work with another "dope female" like Marq. The SC Johnson Heiress-turned-entertainer will be debuting the radio version of "I Like to Party" with a live performance at The Highlands Friday, September 3, 2010, along with MTV's America's Best Dance Crew alumni Heavy Impact. This musically endowed singer/songwriter released her first single "Super Girl" earlier this year with KO THE LEGEND, the co-producer of her debut album, The Evolution of Love in Dysfunction. Samantha Marq is an exemplary role model for all talented up and coming musicians. Through her self-owned and independently operated record label, Breathtaker Inc., Samantha hopes to inspire other artists and encourage people to empower themselves by taking their dreams into their own hands.
