Zakk Wylde Releases Christmas Tune

. (Gibson) Perhaps you've spent time huddled together with your loved ones during the holiday season, roasting chestnuts over an open fire and listening to seasonal tunes, wishing the music on the stereo had just a little more Zakk Wylde in it. Well, Christmas has come early for you.

Wylde's Black Label Society has released their version of the holiday classic, "The First Noel." You can download it now via iTunes.

According to a post on ZakkWylde.com, the folks in BLS walked into their neighborhood hardware superstore, saw "more Christmas Trees than Goblins," and realized they should celebrate the holidays a bit early. It's too bad the song is a download only release, because the skull with a Santa hat cover is a keeper. - more on this story
