"Obviously we're all in different places in our lives but we're giving our fans that same honesty we always have," says Joel Madden. "I get the same feeling of excitement listening to this record that I did when we first started making music."

"One of the things I'm proudest of about this band is that we don't have two records that sound alike and I think that's helped keep us around," adds Benji Madden. "I think there are some elements on this record that will remind people of our first album and then there are some elements that will remind them of Good Morning Revival, too."
