. (hennemusic) We can probably all come up with our own visions of what a Scott Weiland Christmas might look like, but we'll find out what one sounds like on November 23, when Weiland's "Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" disc hits stores.

"It'll be very traditional - strings, upright bass, jazz horns, piano, and guitar," WENN reports Weiland's description of the project. "I'm sort of picking various versions of these songs...my favourite versions, with a little twist."

The Stone Temple Pilots' frontman has said he was inspired to do a full recording based on the positive reaction to his 2009 holiday single, "Have Yourself A Merry little Christmas." - Comments from Weiland about this release
