Dream Theater Feud Erupts Online

. (Rock Radio) The tense calm covering the split between departed Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy and the rest of the band went to the brink of being shattered yesterday after he and singer James LaBrie came close to falling out in public.

When a Portnoy fan noticed mentions of LaBrie's solo tour were being removed from the drummer's website, Portnoy confirmed he was acting after his ex-colleague had made "completely disrespectful" comments.

Portnoy begin removing publicity for LaBrie's tour. When asked about the deletions by a fan he replied: "I'm afraid your eyes are not playing tricks on you. I was willing to ignore that the guy insisted all the stuff relating to me be removed from DreamTheater.net. But then, reading the headline with James insensitively claiming they're not sad about by departure, I cannot in happy standing promote his solo tour." - Find out what happened next
