Foo Fighters To Headline Music Festival
. Dave Grohl and his Foo Fighters have a busy year planned for 2011 with lots of touring. So far, they've announced three dates, all in Britain July 2 and 3 at Milton Keynes Bowl and June 11 at Isle of Wight. The band are also working on a new album, which (last we heard) was going to be more "silly" and "heavy" than recent albums. In a statement, Isle of Wight promoter John Giddings said, "What band is more fitting to bring back for our 10th birthday than the Foos? They gave it their all in 2006 and have only become bigger and better since." - Gibson.com is an official news provider for the Day in Rock. Preview and Purchase Foo Fighters CDs |
