Beatlemania Hits iTunes In A Big Way

. (hennemusic) It's Beatlemania, digital style. Less than 14 hours after the band's catalog was released, for the first time, on the world's No.1 digital retailer iTunes, The Beatles hit the charts running.

This news has to boggle the minds of any cynics who thought music lovers had had their fill of The Beatles, having purchased (and re-purchased) the band's library in several different formats through the years.

A check of the iTunes charts just after midnight (eastern), found all 16 Beatles records on the iTunes Top 100 Albums Chart, including 8 in the Top 20 (and 13 in the Top 30). - more on this story
