AM Teams Up With Charlotte Gainsbourg For Tour

. AM will continue his French connection as he'll join Charlotte Gainsbourg for a two-week jaunt, immediately following his current stint opening for Air.

In the midst of the tour, AM will jet home to Los Angeles where he will open for his musical idol, Brazilian icon and one of the originators of Tropicalismo, Caetano Veloso, who handpicked AM to help him kick off the award-winning Greek Theatre's 2010 season on Thursday, April 15.

"When I found out he was playing the Greek I knew I had to buy a ticket immediately, now that I'm opening for him, it's a dream come true," reveals AM. "Caetano's unique style and master songwriting skills has really inspired my songwriting and he is one of the most important songwriters of our time."
