As the band's touring party headed for Hungary after playing to 60,000 fans in the Romanian capital Bucharest last month, the officials told road crew they had failed to pay highway tolls and would have to hand over the cash before crossing the border. Not wanting to risk delays to their Hungarian gig, managers paid the cash but received no receipts.
