. This CD presents the artistry of two New Orleans Musicians' Village neighbors, singer/songwriters Chip Wilson and Jesse Moore in their first musical collaboration. Wilson & Moore teamed up with producer Anders Osborne at the renowned Piety Street Studios to record their unique blend of vocal harmonies, songwriting talents and Wilson's guitar wizardry. June 23rd - CD debuts on WWOZ June 25th - Appearances on the WWLTV Morning Show and in the studio at WWOZ. Jesse Moore - Singer, songwriter, musician and actor Jesse Moore has performed his music on countless stages throughout the world. He wrote and recorded his first solo CD The Hoodoo Man in 2003, and has performed in every major club in the city, as well Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest and Gretna Fest. In 2005 he released his second solo CD, More Than Life Itself, which was chosen by the New Orleans Times-Picayune as one of the Top Ten CDs of the Year. Moore says "It is impossible to hear Chip play and not have the same reaction I have every night: Man, this dude can play!" Chip Wilson - Chip Wilson is a veteran of swing, gypsy jazz, funk, rock and R & B bands, as well as a longtime solo artist. Chip's first solo CD, A Jumpin' Somethin', earned an Offbeat Best of the Beat nomination. Wilson said, "Singing with Jesse Moore has been a revelation, bringing out music that I wasn't sure I had in me." A retired guitar maker, Wilson writes for Vintage Guitar Magazine.
