Duff McKagan Denies Cocaine Relapse Report

. (hennemusic) Duff McKagan has responded to suggestions that his sinus surgery this week is due to a relapse and that he's back on the blow.

"Thx 4 the well wishes on my sinus surgery," Duff posted to Twitter. "all went great! This is NOT from cocaine relapse ( was reported somewhere!). Just old scar tissue."

The surgery was needed after McKagan developed a hole (perforation) in the cartilage of his nasal septum as a complication from years of cocaine use. more on this story
