The celeb-hounding shutterbug got the news about standing trial for hit-and-run�with a possible seven-year sentence�yesterday when......a judge at a preliminary hearing ruled there was enough evidence to suggest Ghalib intentionally tried to ram a process server named Ram Moskowitz (yes, his name is Ram).

This allegedly happened after the latter tried to serve Adnan with a restraining order on behalf of the Spears family outside his Burbank apartment back in February.
