. (FMQB) The RIAA has announced its Gold and Platinum certifications for the month of December, with eight recent releases going Platinum during the final month of 2008.

Beyonc�'s I Am...Sasha Fierce, Journey's Revelation, the John Lennon best-of set Lennon Legend, Dark Horse from Nickelback, the Twilight movie soundtrack, Jordin Sparks' eponymous debut, T.I.'s Paper Trail and NOW! Vol. 29 were all certified Platinum for sales of 1,000,000 copies.

Also, Josh Grobin's Holiday collection Noel crossed the five million mark, being certified 5X Platinum. - Find out who went Gold
