Spector Trial Halted By Injured Juror

(NME) The first day of testimony in Phil Spector's murder retrial has been postponed because one of the jurors is injured.

An alternate juror reportedly fell in the parking lot of the Los Angeles court this morning (October 30) and injured his foot.

Superior Court Judge Larry Fidler made the decision to postpone testimony until next week because he is hesitant to lose the juror - more on this story
