The trek, which was scheduled to take place in January/February 2009, was reportedly called off because P.O.D. is unable to fulfill its touring obligations due to the band's decision to go on "hiatus."
Stated Sonny: "There are a lot of rumors flying around right now but please pay no attention to all of that. Just know that the P.O.D. boys are ALL GOOD and are looking forward to doing what we do best in South America and wherever opportunities may present itself [sic] in the future." With that in mind, they have announced some new tour dates. - Grab those here along with the rest of Sonny's statement
