Pyle pleaded guilty in 1993 to charges of attempted sexual battery on a victim younger than 12 and also principal to lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 16-years-old. He was sentenced to eight years' probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.

But, having ignored police warnings from his 19 November (07) arrest, he was picked up by cops on Tuesday and is currently being held on $50,000 (GBP25,000) bond, according to Sergeant Chuck Mulligan. - more on this story
