On how he was depicted on the show: "My son said to me one day, 'Dad let me ask you a question. Do you like people laughing with you or at you?' And I said, 'You know what Jack? As long as they're laughing, I don't give a f**k.' I didn't really understand what he was saying then, but in hindsight he was sort of saying, in a nicer way, that everybody thinks you're a f**king joke."
On Snorting the line of ants: "Yeah the line of ants. I have no recollection of that it may have been in Florida. The Motley Crue tour, it was f**king nuts. It was absolutely out of control. But I couldn't have kept on living that lifestyle, because I didn't want to die. You have to get pissed off at yourself before you put your hand up for help."
On recently releasing his ninth solo album, BLACK RAIN, and living this long "I've been terribly lucky. When I had my ATV accident, I was going not more than three or fours miles an hour, and I ended up in a coma for eight days. My heart stopped twice. I don't remember any of it. I went back to the hospital after the accident and the doctors were telling me 'your left lung was completely full of blood. You broke your rib, your collarbone, your neck you're lucky to be alive.' If I had been going 120 miles and hour it would have been a cool way to go but four miles an hour? Ozzy Osbourne?!'"
