Right now it looks like the UK tour will kick off on November 3rd in Manchester then hit the birthplace of Black Sabbath (Birmingham) before taking a detour to Scotland for two dates before playing Def Leppard's hometown (Sheffield) and then a one-off in Wales before a two night stand at the 02 Arena in London and November 17th and 18th. Tickets for all shows go on sale this Friday, August 31st at 9am local time.
What about the US? It looks like the UK fans not only get the album before us, they get the tour too. At press time the Foos have not announced any North American tour plans but they'll probably be announced real soon if you cross your fingers and sing "Courtney is a witch" three times real fast.
Here are the UK dates:

11/6 - Birmingham, England NEC
11/9 - Glasgow, Scotland SECC
11/10 - Aberdeen, Scotland AECC
