Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan filed documents at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday seeking primary custody of his children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, according to People.com. This goes against the agreed upon joint custody that Federline and Spears reportedly agreed to in their divorce which became official two weeks ago.
One of those always reliable "sources close to the celebrity" told People that Federline has now changed his mind and wishes to have custody over fears of an "unnecessary risk" to the kids if they are in the custody of their mother. Is it the fear of the kids going out in public without underwear or Britney playing bumper cars in parking lots that have him concerned? We'll find out when the case goes to court.
