Pulaski County Sheriff's spokesman John Rehrauer told Billboard that Clark was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 2:30 a.m. The Warrant was for a failure to appear in a Arizona court for a violation of a court order and trespassing.
This isn't the first run-in with the law for Clark, as the warrant mentioned above attests. In fact, he was booted off of the karaoke contest show in 2003 for failing to disclose a previous arrest to producers. Oops. He then made headlines when he made claims of an extra special relationship with one of the show's judges. Abdul of course denied the extra coaching.
Clark isn't the only Idol to make headlines lately. Kelly Clarkson recently made news first for a brief stand as an iconoclast standing up to the man only to make further news when she transformed into a buttkissing company woman. Then you have Clay Aiken who accidentally put his foot on a woman in an airplane only be assaulted in return. You know his fans are shaking their heads in wonder over that, as they would love to have Clay put there foot on them. While Idols produce music that most of us will forget about in a few years they at least continue to provide us other entertainment.
