Solo Strokes Tour

. (PR) Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. has announced a string of solo dates kicking off later this month. The short tour features a handful of East Coast shows, including a November 3 stop at the CMJ Marathon, before he hops the pond to play several shows in England and a one-off in Scotland. Hammond is pressing the flesh in support of his solo debut, Yours To Keep (Rough Trade), which was recently released overseas and boasts guest spots by Ben Kweller and Sean Lennon, among others. The album's lead single, "101," will hit radio on November 27, and its American release date is forthcoming.
