The Weinstein's co founded Miramax Films which that sold to Disney. They will leave their co-chairmen duties this fall and set up a new company. According to the terms of the deal, Disney will retain ownership of Miramax and the company's catalog of films and the Weinstein brothers will take the Dimension film division and merge it into their new company.
