"Kelly is in a facility dealing with some personal issues. She'll be back in a few weeks," a representative of the Osbournes told Us Magazine.
The magazine report also carried this quote from an unnamed associate of the family, "She's slipped into some of her old problems and is not doing so well. Everyone is supporting her."
In April of last year, Kelly checked into a rehab in Malibu to battle an addition to painkillers. For this stint Kelly checked into the same facility that treated her older brother Jack in 2003, Las Encinas.
Kelly's second attempt at a singing career will go to the masses this week with the release of Sleeping in the Nothing where Kelly reinvents herself as a pop singer opposed to her ill-fated attempt at rock with her debut. A move that Kelly now admits was a marketing ploy.
