Fiona Apple Joins Coldplay Tour

(Epci) After releasing her first record in nearly six years to massive critical acclaim and embarking on a successful headlining tour this fall, Epic recording artist Fiona Apple will join Coldplay's "Twisted Logic" North American tour in early 2006. Beginning at Seattle's Key Arena on January 25th, the singer will perform with the UK band through early March. See tour dates below.
Apple released Extraordinary Machine on October 4th. The album debuted at #7 on Soundscan's Top 200 Albums and #1 on the iTunes album chart. Extraordinary Machine is the follow-up to the visionary singer/songwriter's platinum When The Pawn... and multi-platinum debut Tidal. Rolling Stone's four star lead review called Extraordinary Machine "Apple's strongest and most detailed batch of songs yet." Entertainment Weekly's Grade "A" review states "The new Extraordinary Machine lives up to its name" and Jon Pareles of the New York Times proclaimed, "there's a new layer of perspective on her magnificent third album."
