According to reports the show will be a cross between MTV's "The Real World" and "Madonna: Truth or Dare." The idea is to film the tour for six weeks and produce six episodes. The filming would include Spears capturing some of the behind the scenes action with a video camera of her own and the pop star will narrate each episode. 

The Spears camp is reportedly hoping to have a deal in place for the show to launch this summer.
