The couple are currently in discussions to settle their divorce without a trial following their May 2006 split after just under four years of marriage.
British newspaper Daily Mail reports the former Beatle will pay Mills a lump sum of $30 million (GBP15 million), then an annual payment of $7 million (GBP3.5 million) until their three-year-old daughter Beatrice reaches 18. - more on this story
