Kanye Sitcom

(FMQB) Though rumors have been circulating that Kanye West is developing a reality show, the Rapper says it is simply not true. However, he does have his sights set on a half-hour sitcom, and he is working on the idea with producer/director Larry Charles (Borat, Curb Your Enthusiasm) and music guru/producer Rick Rubin.

"I wouldn't do something as clich as a reality show," West said in a statement to MTV News. "At least give me the credit for being more creative than that... For the last couple of years, Larry, Rick and I have been developing this pilot. It's a situational half-hour comedy. It's fictional, and loosely based on my life."
