The 36-year-old, real name Earl Simmons, agreed to become a spokesman for bosses at Amusing Diversions Inc. after they produced and marketed a canine clothing line, named for his dog Boomer 129.
The line included dog caps, scarves, raincoats and bomber jackets. Amusing Diversions bosses claimed Simmons failed to promote the merchandise - more on this story
