Compilation 'Capitol Albums Volume 2' gets its re-release on April 3, but the new cover (pictured above) will be devoid of cigarettes in the fab four's hands. It's not the first time a label has erased cigarettes from a Beatles cover. In the mid eighties when 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand' was re-released by EMI in America, Paul's cigarette was removed from the frame. [Wonder what Lennon might think? Perhaps?
