A shirtless man, described as about 30, approached the 20-year-old victim as she was leaving the festival after 8 p.m. Sunday on the far west end of an unused parking lot at the outdoor venue at 191st and Ridgeland Avenue, said Tinley Park police Cmdr. Phil Valois.
"She had a chance encounter with the subject, they talked for awhile and at some point he grabbed her and assaulted her in a grassy area of the parking lot," Valois said.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
