Suns of March Deal

11/01/05
.
(Press Release) United States rock / country band Suns of March signed a contract with TouchTunes on Wednesday, October 26, 2005. This deal will allow Canadian based TouchTunes to distribute all songs from the last Suns of March album, "Bulletproof Heart" throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands. This comes right on the heels of a massive 48 country promotional campaign of their previous single "Bulletproof Heart," the title cut off their latest recording. Their last release, "I Learned It From You," has already opened additional doors in China allowing the group to add to their fan and sales base. All of this international interest was spawned by the release of their first single San Jose, which garnered praise from a wide and diverse spectrum of critics. According to the founder of the group, Wright, "we are all very excited about this opportunity with TouchTunes, the new wave of venue sponsored music promotion. We are planning on investing a great deal of time and energy in working with them to create awareness of our last release, as well as future releases to audiences within their scope of distribution over the next 5 years.
