"I remember being 16 and managing a skate shop (that also sold punk/metal/hardcore) right outside of Philly and selling old Duane Peters Skull Skates decks and proudly wearing my Duane Peters skull skates t-shirt. He was, along with the Godoy brothers and a few others, one of the only pro skaters that truly embodied the punk rock attitude that I myself embraced. It was clear that his spirit enveloped all he did. That is still true today as Duane continues to live life to the fullest, and live it with a traditional punk backdrop. I couldn't be more stoked to now have a part in the U.S. BOMBS story." - Andy King/ THORP RECORDS [see full story for more]
