(Contact Music) MICHAEL JACKSON's charge of administering an intoxicating agent to a child was reduced yesterday (31MAY05) by the judge presiding over the troubled singer's child molestation trial - thus improving the prosecution's chances of winning the case.

JUDGE RODNEY MELVILLE lessened the charge against the BAD star from a serious crime to a misdemeanour, because he's not convinced Jackson gave his accuser GAVIN ARVIZO alcohol with intent to sexually abuse him. [see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
