CRÜE singer Vince Neil sat down exclusively with MuchMoreMusic's Bill
Welychka in Buffalo, NY last week and cleared up recent rumors of a possible
reunion/farewell tour.
"Two weeks ago in L.A., Tommy (Lee), Nikki (Sixx), myself and Mick (Mars) by phone sat in a room together with all the attorneys to see if we even wanted to do this," said Neil. "The fans are asking for it and I think it's time. It's a good thing and a good time to put a 'period' on the MÖTLEY CRÜE story. After, we'll call it quits and go back to doing what we've been doing for the past few years. It'll be closure for me and this won't go on to be seven or eight 'farewell tours' like KISS or CHER... Everyone is on board and 95% committed. It's definitely time." [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Durst Preaches Forgiveness
Digital Noise reports: Fred Durst has
posted the following message in his personal blog, dubbed American Alien:
"Sometimes you have to find a place inside of you that lets you forgive. Without forgiveness we will hold on to poisons that will eventually ruin our souls. These poisons build up and rot inside of our minds creating dark clouds that become harder and harder to remove. Just recently I have learned to forgive in ways that I never thought possible. I'm not saying that there is no one on my life that I haven't forgiven because I can think fo several that remain a disturbing aggravating memory in my everyday thoughts, but over all I have stepped up to a new level. When Wes and I forgave each other for the negative things we were holding on to we both found ourselves closer than ever before, something I thought to never happen. And not just this particular person. I have forgiven many people who i swore I never would and I actually feel like a better person because of it. - Click Here for the Full Story

army come to smite the heathen naysayers" (Kerrang Magazine). On October
19th, 3 Inches of Blood will release their debut full-length album for
Roadrunner Records Advance and Vanquish. Revolver Magazine Editor-N-Chief

dragons tearing the top off your skull! "
Produced by legendary metal producer Neil Kernon (Judas Priest, Queensryche) and mixed by Colin Richardson (Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death) Advance and Vanquish is a classic metal album in the complete sense. Featuring a striking cover painting by Ed Repka (Megadeth, Sanctuary), the album's trademarks are fast, dueling guitars and howling, high-pitched vocals.
