Pussy Riot Member Disappears During Russian Prison Transfer

Tolokonnikova's disappearance can be traced back to when the 23-year-old musician was being transferred from a prison colony in Mordovia. "There's no proof she's alive, we don't know the state of her health," Tolokonnikova's father told Buzzfeed. "Is she sick? Has she been beaten?"

Tolokonnikova made headlines in September of this year when she went on a hunger strike to protest the conditions of the Mordovia prison, where she stated women were treated like slaves, forced to work through illness in deplorable conditions (she outlined the situation in an open letter, with an English translation printed in The Guardian).

She ended the strike when her health deteriorated to the point of falling ill and being taken to the prison hospital. According to Tolokonnikova's father, sources tell him that his daughter was last seen Oct. 24 on a train in the city of Chelyabinsk, where she was kept overnight after being transferred from the Mordovia prison.

"We think they moved her to a big city to hide her," her father explained, as Tolokonnikova's husband, Petya Verzilov, and a crew of supporters regularly demonstrated outside of the prison . "It seems they got sick of these protests."

Tolokonnikova's father explained that prison officials promised that his daughter's location would be revealed within 10 days of her transfer, but that date has passed with no information on her current whereabouts. more on this story

Britney Spears' Music To Tell the Story of Jesus in New Musical

According to the musical's website, the show will chronicle the life, death and resurrection of Jesus using Britney's hits like "Stronger," "One More Time," "Lucky" and "Crazy."

Spears was developed by Patrick Blute, a 23-year-old Columbia University graduate, who debuted the show in April 2012 at the college to a sold-out crowd.

"These are Britney's lyrics. These are Jesus Christ's images. The Britney Spears you see is not Britney Spears. Remember that," Blute writes on the show's website. "The Jesus Christ you read is not Jesus Christ. These are manifestations. Accounts through the media, through the words of followers, of friends, of foes, of villains, of heroes, of liars, of biases."

He adds, "It's a falsehood that people believe fame and fortune create happiness. That all 'deaths' receive a resurrection. I hope this project will show you otherwise through the power of listening and the power of forgiveness." more on this story

During an interview with an Australian radio station, Perry said that she sang backing vocals on his 2004 song "Old Habits Die Hard" from the soundtrack to Alfie. During the sessions, she claims that Jagger hit on her, and noted that she was 18 years old at the time.

Pharrell Williams Joins Spiderman 2 Supergroup with Johnny Marr

Such is the case for Amazing Spiderman 2, with legendary composer Hans Zimmer and producer Pharrell Willams teaming up with Incubus guitarist Mike Einziger, Johnny Marr of the Smiths, and Dave Stewart of Eurhythmics fame joining together to create the music for the movie.

Zimmer took to his social networks to announce the soundtrack super-group, revealing the above photo of most of the musicians together in a recording studio.

"(Director Marc Webb) and I were talking about Spider-Man, and as the word got out, so many of our friends and musicians started calling us up, wanting to be a part of it, because they love Spider-Man," the Academy Award-winning composer said in a press release (via Variety). "With all of these hugely talented people wanting to join us, it was Marc who said, 'Why not start a band?' Eminem Performs New Songs On SNL

Introduced by host Kerry Washington, Eminem blazed through two songs from his upcoming LP, the collegiate party anthem "Berzerk" and the stadium-level "Survival." Oh, and Eminem's hair is blonde again.

On "Berzerk", MMLP2 producer and beard champion Rick Rubin put on a vinyl copy of Bill Squier's "The Stroke" on a turntable and soon after, Em emerged in winter parka and spit his bars over a too-loud backing track and a not loud enough backing band. The party-down energy was just right, though. Replay the song below.

The sound engineering at SNL, notorious for being unforgiving to musical guests, fixed the levels for Em's encore appearance where he performed "Survival" with Skylar Grey. Lady Gaga Releases ARTPOP Song Dope

The Band Perry Release 'Don't Let Me Be Lonely' Video

The third single from the band's sophomore album Pioneer, which was released earlier this year, "Don't Let Me Be Lonely" was written by veteran Nashville songwriters Sarah Buxton, Rodney Clawson, Chris Tompkins.

Today, the band released a video for the song, directed by Ben Krebs. At the start of the video, the three sibling bandmates (Neil, Reid and Kimberly Perry) are shown looking rather, well, lonely in scenes shot in various locations around the country�on a tour bus, on a couch backstage, in a high-rise hotel room, on a hilltop in the desert and even on the deck of a ship. And now it seems he'll be getting in front of the camera once again. This time, for a Louis Vuitton promotional clip, according to Vogue UK.

The fashion mag reports that he'll be co-starring in a video with model Arizona Muse that will debut on the company's app on November 7. before airing on TV on November 10. The commercial will also debut in movie theaters later this month.
