The black 2012 Camaro belongs to Bobbi's boyfriend Nick Gordon -- and according to sources close to Bobbi, Nick was driving Sunday night in Alpharetta, GA ... with Bobbi in the passenger seat ... when the accident happened. The details surrounding the accident are unclear, but we're told the couple had been arguing at the time of the crash -- and Nick's Camaro was the only car involved. No one was injured. After the accident, the car was missing the front right tire, the front bumper was torn off, and the airbags were deployed -- but somehow it got back to Bobbi and Nick's apartment. Cops went to the apartment soon after the accident for a noise complaint, but no one answered the door. According to the incident report, officers saw the car parked outside the apartment with its hazard lights on -- and it appeared it had been driven in a damaged state. We're told the accident is currently under investigation. Calls to Bobbi's people were not returned. more on this story

Mayor James Schmitt tells TMZ he's drafting a letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell ... urging him to end the ref lockout because it's compromising the integrity of the NFL ... as evidenced by Monday night's game. Exhibit A -- Monday night's refs robbing the Packers of a win by incorrectly calling Green Bay's interception in the endzone ...a touchdown for the Seattle Seahawks. The Pack lost 14-12. Schmitt says, "This is not right. I understand talent costs money, but when it comes to the crucial role of the referees ... it has to be a top priority." Hizzoner is in a unique position because he's also a shareholder in the Green Bay Packers -- the only NFL team publicly owned. But the Mayor makes it clear ... "We are not protesting losing the game. We are protesting the quality of officiating." more on this story

As we first reported, Adrienne went to court last week, claiming Paul choked one of their kids and struck another. Adrienne submitted declarations by several people, including Dr. Charles Sophy, who claims he interviewed the boys and they verified the abuse. But we've learned DCFS strongly disagrees. Sources tell us DCFS has written a report -- after interviewing the boys -- categorically concluding there was no such abuse. Sources tell TMZ ... Paul is going to court Wednesday to ask a judge to throw out the temporary custody order -- along with the order prohibiting Paul from going near his kids -- on grounds Adrienne phonied the claim. What's more, we're told Paul will ask for sanctions against his estranged wife, claiming she viciously concocted the abuse story to get revenge. more on this story
X tells us, "I am not worried about him ... All he is is a sitcom Moesha gangsta. He should just stick to being a reality gangsta cause that's about all he's good for." (FYI, Starr appeared on the show "Moesha" back in the 90s.) In case you don't know, DMX is responding to a video Starr posted on YouTube, in which Starr freestyles, "This n***a X talking sh*t right now, If he ever try it again/He be in front of the firing pen/If his crew front, there be a lot of dying men/At the funeral, family and crying friends." Starr laid down the death threat rap after DMX went on a radio show last week, and claimed Starr once got an ass-whupping by one of X's baby mamas. (Skip to 11:20 in the video. here.)
You'll recall, Barnes was arrested near a Manhattan Beach, CA restaurant in late July, where he had been dining with his wife, "Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan. The Manhattan Beach cop -- who had previously stopped and cited Barnes twice before -- waited for Barnes outside the restaurant for 2 hours before placing him under arrest for driving with a suspended license. As the cop attempted to cuff Barnes, he tried handing his car keys to his wife. The officer grabbed Barnes' hand and the bballer pulled away ... and the cop felt that was enough to take Barnes in for felony resisting arrest. But the D.A. didn't see it that way. Barnes just pled no contest to interference with the duties of a police officer -- a misdemeanor. Barnes -- whose lawyer Blair Berk appeared in court on his behalf -- got a $100 fine, 30 hours of community service, 13 sessions with a counselor and he was placed on informal probation for 24 months. The charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed after Barnes proved he had a valid license. He pled no contest to a much lesser offense -- driving while not in possession of a license. For that Barnes got a $100 fine and was placed on 12 months informal probation. All in all ... Barnes scored a bigger court victory than the Lakers in the playoffs. more on this story
Sources close to the production tell us ... Pam requested her trailer be fully stocked with cases of bottled coconut water called Beyond. Not so crazy, you say? Well the brand is imported from Australia ... and almost impossible to find in the U.S. Meanwhile, we're told Kirstie REFUSES to eat the craft service food provided by "DWTS" because she must follow her custom designed diet program Organic Liaison -- which the crew hauls in for her daily. FYI -- Kirstie's rep tells TMZ ... the actress lost 100lbs on her frou-frou diet and is committed to sticking with it ... and adds, "Steve Jobs didn't listen to music on a Zune." more on this story
The man at the center of the painful situation appeared on the show as "The Horse" -- real name Zac Gordon. Gordon tells us he was filming a stunt last weekend with some of his "AGT" buddies in which he was supposed to jump from a two-story roof and land crotch-first on a wooden plank. In the video ... you see Horse hit the plank -- but he says he ultimately landed on a bucket of cement that was being used to hold the wood in place. Horse tells us the impact was so intense ... he broke several ribs and defecated in his shorts upon impact. The amateur daredevil says he refused to go to the hospital ... but consulted with a doctor afterward just to be safe. Watch the video here.
As we previously reported, Cameron -- real name Ariane Andrew -- was arrested back in August on suspicion of DUI. The police report said Cameron was traveling with a male passenger who told cops they had been drinking martinis before getting in the car. The report says Cameron blew a .20 ... more than twice the legal limit in Florida. The report also says the WWE diva allegedly offered cops a $10,000 bribe to let her go ... which clearly didn't pan out. A pre-trial hearing is set for October 23. more on this story
