Two-time GRAMMY winner LL Cool J once again is set to host the one-hour special, which takes place live on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at Club NOKIA in Los Angeles, and will be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound on the CBS Television Network from 9 � 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Additional performers and presenters will be announced shortly. The special also marks the second time nominations for the annual GRAMMY Awards will be announced live on primetime television. Each USB stick will come with an individual serial code number.
